Hello, my name is Sue, and I make custom memorial and keepsake jewellery to soothe and connect people with their deceased loved ones and pets. I think that jewellery should last a lifetime and I love that well-made jewellery can pass from generation to generation. This means that I only work with recycled precious metals; sterling and fine silver as well as 9ct 14ct and 18ct yellow and rose solid gold.
Each piece is lovingly made to order and is hallmarked in accordance with UK law. You can find out more about UK hallmarking requirements HERE.
Initially self-taught, I have spent the last few years perfecting my skills a series of dedicated courses as well as completing a yearlong Silver Jewellery Diploma and am currently studying for a Fine Jewellery Diploma.
I handle every aspect of running the business from research, design, manufacturing, packing, and accounts, which is my least favourite task.
The Process - 4 Simple Steps

Hallmarked and bespoke items take a little longer.
You are sent regular photo updates throughout the process. I offer to video record and can play a special song of piece of music when the ashes are being sealed.
Your celebration piece is cleaned. Polished and gift packaged before being sent via next day tracked delivery.
I know how precious these pieces are and am more than happy to provide no obligation video or telephone consultations before an order is made.

Handmade & Well Paid
Handmade & Well Paid is a campaign to help ensure makers are well paid for the work they do whilst helping customers to make good decisions about which makers to buy from.
Makers need a sustainable income in order to keep running their businesses and making their crafts.
Customers value and admire the work of handmade artists and want to support them fairly to ensure they are making a good living wage for themselves.
To support both sides – maker and customer, help us spread the word and get makers well paid and customers feeling confident about buying wonderful handmade work.
“Just want to say a massive thank you to Sue, for making a beautiful bauble for our daughter Rosie who we lost to an incredibly rare chromosomal abnormality in May. Sue was so thoughtful in sending us a card too, and the bauble was beautifully packaged. It’s a beautiful way to remember a loved one.”
